The house is 150 m2 and is on three levels. On the main level, there is a lounge/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sea, and connected to the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook with.

Here you will also find a formal dining room, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. On the lower level, you will find the second lounge with doors to the terrace and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom; the bedroom doors also open onto the terrace. From this lounge area, you can access the fourth bedroom/library with a single bed.

The master bedroom is on the upper level with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom opens onto an amazing terrace with open views to the bay in one direction, the port and mountains to the other side. There are chill-out sofas and chairs to relax and enjoy a drink while admiring the beautiful view.

Outside are various terraces with sun loungers and a dining table. Enjoy the 25 m2 private pool and an outside shower perfect for cooling off from the hot sun. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room. WIFI is available throughout the villa. There is a portable gas BBQ, a safe, an alarm system and for the winter, diesel central heating.
